**Welcome to Crawford, Coach Ty Robinson!**
We're excited to announce Ty Robinson as our new Athletic Director and Head Football Coach! A Central Texas native eager to return "home," Coach Robinson brings exceptional experience and proven leadership to Crawford ISD. Coach Robinson grew up in Bremond playing for his father, Hall of Fame Coach Wendell Robinson. Ty and his wife Lara have 2 daughters who graduated from Texas A&M and recently welcomed their first grandchild.
**Career Highlights:**
- 27+ years coaching Texas high school varsity football
- 16 years as AD/Head Football Coach
- Former AD/Head Coach at Woodville (3A), with an impressive 80-28 record
- Led Woodville to 5 district championships, a historic 11-0 undefeated season (2018), and the 2024 State Championship game
- Named District Coach of the Year (3x), 2024 Bum Phillips Golden Triangle Coach of the Year, and SETCA 2024 Coach of the Year
- Previously coached at premier Texas programs: Odessa Permian, Carthage, Jasper
- Woodville athletics ranked 10th in the UIL Lone Star Cup standings
**Personal & Community:**
- Married 28 years; proud father of two daughters, both Texas A&M graduates
- Central Texas roots: Grew up in Bremond; son of respected coach Wendell Robinson
- Deep respect for Crawford traditions and community values
- Founded "United in Purpose," a successful community outreach initiative promoting student pride and character
- Established mentor programs providing essential support for student-athletes

Fourth graders enjoyed their field trip today to the Cook Center Planetarium and Pearce Museum at Navarro College!



Thank you to Texas Farm Bureau for teaching our 2nd graders all about pickles yesterday! They were amazed to learn that pickles come from cucumbers! They finished off the lesson with a pickle taste test! #FarmFromSchool
